David Atkinson
David has been President of In-Spec Technologies since 2003, a position that is an ideal match to his extensive Air Force background and his knowledge in Nondestructive Inspection Services.
In 1992, David earned his Nondestructive Certification from Chanute Air Force Base in Illinois. His Nondestructive Testing Methods certifications include MT level II, PT level II, UT level II, and ET level II. From 1992 to 1999, he was an NDI Technician supporting F-16 aircraft and military support equipment with the 180th Fighter Wing of Toledo, Ohio. From 2001 to 2010, he was a C-130H Pilot with the 179th Airlift Wing. Since 2011, David has been a C-17 Pilot with the 445th Airlift Wing Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
David graduated from the University of Toledo in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts.
Rounding out his certifications, education, and experience, David has also earned the following awards: Hard Charger Award in Air Force Pilot Training Class, 2001; Distinguished Graduate during Air National Guard Safety Officer Training, 2006; and Air National Guard Flight Safety Officer of the Year, 2011.
Cale Jones
An ASNT Level III Nondestructive Inspection Technician at In-Spec Technologies, is a highly motivated professional with over nine years of comprehensive experience in NDI, including experience in Ultrasonics, Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, and Dye Penetrant. Along with a Journeyman Electrician four-year degree, Cale has Cessna Citation NDI training and Hawker Beechcraft NDI training, as well as NDI Instructor and other certifications. Additionally, he has written and developed various NDI procedures and techniques. He is a cooperative contributing team leader who is both quality- and detail-oriented. Along with having excellent customer service skills, he excels in problem solving and thrives on working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
Jon Ginnever
A level II NDI technician at In-Spec Technologies, has a wealth of expertise and knowledge in the field of welding. Besides being certified in MT, PT, ET, UT, and UTT, Jon is also a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and has 30 years of welding experience. He has worked in metal fabrication and pipe fitting, as well as in welding aviation articles. Jon attended welding school at Vanguard Vocational School and received certification from Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. He is certified in Inconel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Carbon steel.

NDT Shop Inspector, joined In-Spec Technologies in 2012. He graduated from Strongsville Senior High School (Strongsville, Ohio) in 1995 and from the University of Toledo in 2001, where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Tytko's certifications include PT Level II and MT Level II.
